Adding content to this site takes 2 easy steps: signup and then writing. Once signup is complete, it is the content providers and not the website administrator that adds and updates content. These content providers do not need to have much technical training.
Signup: Anyone who wants to contribute to this site can signup. They will input their names,  IDs and passwords. A web administrator, who need be technical, can approve them. Once they have an ID and password, they can sign into the web site.
Writing: Different forms do different things. Here's a little hint.
-a blog here publishes to the company news.
-a book page adds content to the Books, Manuals, Reference area
-a forum topic adds a new topic to the discussion forum area.
-a page is a single static page.
-a story is like in a newspaper, relevant for a short time then it expires. The story adds content to the center area of the web site.
